Adoption policy

DEPOSITS: Accepted for current and future litters can be sent at anytime. It reserves your pick in the order the deposits are received.
Deposits are non refundable unless the baby chosen gets sick and cant be sold. Deposits can be moved to future litters (1x) if there isn't one you want, or if there are not enough babies then you will get moved for free to the next litter.
When deposit is received, we will hold the rabbit till pickup dates. If buyer doesn't show up on agreed pick up day the rabbit will be placed back up for sale and deposit will not be returned.
Picking goes in order deposits are received.
if u do not predeposit and still pick a baby when open to public, then I must receive your deposit in 3 days tops before baby goes back up for sale.
*DAY TO CHOOSE: you will be told in advance when picking time will be and when its your turn to choose a bunny from photos, they must be chosen within a reasonable time frame not to exceed 24 hrs. others will be waiting for their turn. THERE is NO visiting or picking in person. I have a closed rabbitry. this is to prevent stress to moms and to prevent diseases. read complete closed rabbitry note under the tab notes on left side of page
HEALTH GUARANTEE: is 48 HOURS after taking rabbit home. Rabbits leave here in good health. Rabbits are never sold if there are any signs of illness. Once they leave here, I have no control of food or the environment the rabbit is exposed too hence, the 48 hr health guarantee.
SEX OF RABBIT: no guarantee of the sex. I try my hardest to properly sex them but once in rare while one gets through that "changes" sex on me. no refunds for this reason
PAYMENT: we accept cash, money order or Paypal for deposits and full payments at pick up-no checks
